The service

CompanyScout, operated by HEISSERS LIMITED (CRO 762336), Ireland, sends subscribers a weekly email listing the new companies registered in the counties they choose.

Billing

Monthly plans are €49 per month for the first county and €29 per month for each extra county, billed monthly in advance. Yearly plans are 20% cheaper and billed once a year in advance: €470.40 a year for the first county and €278.40 a year for each extra county. VAT is added where applicable. Payments go through Stripe.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime, in two clicks, from the link in every email. There's no contract and no notice period. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you've paid for. Yearly plans run to the end of the paid year and don't renew. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires them.

The data

We build our lists from public company records and match each company to a county automatically. We work to keep them accurate, but we can't guarantee that every company is included or correctly matched. CompanyScout is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Companies Registration Office.

Your use

The lists are for your practice's own business development. You may not resell or republish them. When you contact the companies, follow applicable rules, including e-marketing rules for unsolicited email.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months. Nothing here limits liability that Irish law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
